Mr. Fleury is the Director, and Operating Manager of the company. His expertise includes over 20 years of law enforcement experience as a member of the City of Orlando Police Department. Mr. Fleury began his career as a certified police background investigator for several years before being assigned as a uniformed police officer in the patrol operations bureau. He was later appointed by the Chief of Police as an investigator in the Internal Affairs/Professional Standards Section where he served in that position for five years. He was appointed to the rank of Corporal, and was selected as the Patrol Services Bureau Aide to the Deputy Chief of Police for two years. He was later selected for a position on the International Drive Bike Team where he spent four years working in one of the busiest tourist destinations in the world. He was eventually selected by the Chief of Police as the Department's police recruiter, where he was responsible for recruiting and processing thousands of applications each year for the many applicants who were interested in becoming police officers for the City of Orlando Police Department. Mr. Fleury was eventually selected for a position as a Department polygraph examiner after graduating from the American International Institute of Polygraph in Atlanta, Georgia. He is currently the Corporal in the Polygraph Section, and he conducts pre-employment, counter-intelligence, and criminal polygraph examinations for the City of Orlando Police Department.
Mr. Fleury graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1987 with his diploma in Law Enforcement. In 2015, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Southwest University with high honors, where he was also given the distinction of being admitted as a member of their Honor Society. In 2016, he graduated from the University of Oxford where he majored in English History, and also received his undergraduate certificate of higher education in history from the University of Oxford as well. Mr. Fleury is a current member of the University of Oxford Philosophical Society.
As a polygraph examiner and investigator, Mr. Fleury maintains memberships in several organizations, including the Florida Polygraph Association, the National Internal Affairs Investigators Association, the Florida Police Background Investigators Association, the American Association for Police Polygraphists, the UK Polygraph Association, and the American Polygraph Association.
Mr. Fleury has also served as an elected trustee for the City of Orlando Police Pension Board.
Mr. Fleury continues to serve as an academic advisor in the United States of America to develop academic curriculums for the University of Central Florida, Keiser University, Southwestern College and Everest University. He has served as an adjunct instructor teaching new police recruits and experienced officers at local and State colleges, and he has also conducted many seminars and training classes related to interviewing and interrogation techniques at the local, State and Federal levels, including most recently to Federal judges with the United States Middle District Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Fleury is a Certified Forensic Law Enforcement Polygraph Examiner by the American Association of Police Polygraphists.
